I have to highly commend Nureen of this company. Having booked and paid for my shuttle transfer I had to cancel the shuttle trip at the last minute. I called Nureen who asked no questions and did not hesitate for a second to say not a problem send us your banking details and we will reimburse you. I opted to hold the amount in credit for another trip to CT and I received an email from Nureen confirming that they will hold the credit for me. What a refreshing change dealing with a company that did not quibble or argue about this. I look forward to using them in the future and Nureen thank you. Jane

CTSS offer a very professional service at a reasonable price.
Nureen was very efficient and helpful with our booking.
Our driver Tommy was a gentle man, arrived promptly (called to offer to pick us up early if we were ready) and was attentive throughout the day and evening.
Tommy is knowledgeable and a safe driver. He didn't even need to use GPS as he expertly drove us around Franschhoek boutique wineries!!
I highly recommend Cape Town Shuttle Services. I will be using them often.

i booked a shuttle for a group of stellenbosch students to attend my sons 21st party in cape town on Friday evening and the shuttle was on time for drop off and collection and the driver even returned a students cell phone that fell out in his shuttle the next day! This is a note of thanks, extreme thanks.

Yesterday my mother was driven from Calitzdorp to Bellville. She accidentally left behind a small travel bag containing medication, all vital to have. She is elderly and was very upset and quite panicked. She couldn't remember the name of the company and was very agitated, getting other people involved and upset too. Your driver, Roderick (?), managed to track down whose bag it was and returned it to her last night. This was despite having numerous pickups and passengers during the day. He had the presence of mind to try find some form of identification and through the prescriptions on the medication, he called her pharmacist, who in turn, gave him a contact number. He went out of his way and thoroughly deserves a recommendation of praise.
